Beginning work at age fifteen in the family restaurant business, Val developed useful skills in customer service and bookkeeping.  Working at a credit union provided experience in the financial field, giving her a well-rounded perspective for serving SYM clients. 

Val enjoys working with others and meeting new faces.  She says she chooses to work at SYM for its strong ethics and structure.
