Duling joined SYM in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University. A Certified Financial Planner™ designee, he works as a Senior Financial Advisor and principal while leading the wealth management arm of SYM. Duling is a member of the board of directors for the United Way of Midland County and also serves on the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council, is a member of Midland Noon Rotary, and volunteers at Blessed Sacrament Church and School.
