As CCO, her unwavering commitment to her work is paramount to ensure the firm is compliant within the changing regulations of the industry.
Crystal is also responsible for guiding SYM’s operational initiatives from visioning to implementation. There is no job too small for Crystal and her enthusiasm for our clients, our employees, and our firm is contagious.

Crystal enjoys traveling and basically anything outdoors (hiking, biking, kayaking, camping, or just relaxing on the beach). When Crystal is not traveling, her favorite pastime is spending time with family, friends, and her fur baby Merle who is the craziest Boston Terrier anyone will ever meet.
